1. About Us

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order you confirm you have read and agree to these terms. Our company details are provided on our Contact page.

2. Our Products

We manufacture and supply number plates for use on vehicles in the United Kingdom. All road legal plates are produced to DVLA specification and BS AU145e standard. We also supply show plates and display plates for non-road use.

Product images on our website are illustrative. The actual product may vary slightly in shade depending on the material batch. All dimensions stated are nominal and meet BS AU145e tolerance requirements.

3. Orders and Contract

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

As number plates are bespoke manufactured items, production begins immediately on confirmation. Cancellation is only possible before production begins — please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

4. Identity Verification

Under the Road Vehicles (Display of Registration Marks) Regulations 2001 we are legally required to verify your identity and your entitlement to use the registration before despatching road legal plates. If you fail to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 days your order will be cancelled and refunded.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT at the current UK rate. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors — if we discover an error we will contact you before processing your order.

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.

6. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by our couriers, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please see our Delivery Information page for full details.

7. Returns and Refunds

Road legal plates produced to a specific registration are bespoke items and cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect. Show plates and non-bespoke items may be returned within 30 days. Full details are in our Returns & Guarantee policy.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including designs, text, and images is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the current version. The version date is shown at the top of this page.
