All our number plates are manufactured to DVLA specification and BS AU145e standard.
Every plate meets the British Standard for retroreflective number plates.
We are a registered number plate supplier with the DVLA.

Legal Requirements
- White reflective background (front plate)
- Yellow reflective background (rear plate)
- Black characters in the Charles Wright 2001 font
- Character height: 79 mm
- Character width: 50 mm (except digit 1 and letter I)
- Stroke width: 14 mm
- Spacing between characters: 11 mm
- Gap between groups: 33 mm
- Top, bottom, and side margins: 11 mm
- Manufactured to BS AU145e standard
- Name, postcode, or trademark of the supplier displayed
- BSI Kitemark or equivalent certification mark
ID Requirements
Under the Road Vehicles (Display of Registration Marks) Regulations 2001, suppliers must verify the customer's entitlement to use the registration. We are legally required to collect:
- •Proof of entitlement (V5C logbook, new keeper supplement, or purchase invoice)
- •Proof of identity (driving licence, passport, or utility bill)
Show Plates & Display Plates
We also produce show plates for display purposes only. These must never be fitted to a vehicle used on public roads. Show plates are not manufactured to BS AU145e and will not have a supplier name or BSI mark.
Penalties
Displaying a non-compliant number plate is a criminal offence. Penalties include a fine of up to £1,000, an MOT failure, and your vehicle being seized. Always use plates from a registered supplier.
