Delivery FAQs
Orders are processed and dispatched the same working day if placed before 1 pm (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 1 pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day.
Yes — we deliver to the entire UK. Delivery times are the same for mainland UK. Please allow an additional 1–2 working days for Scottish Highlands, islands, and Northern Ireland.
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet we can update the address. Once dispatched, we're unable to redirect parcels.
We inspect every plate before dispatch. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will send a replacement free of charge.
